Shipping Information
For all orders over $200 shipping is paid for by the seller. If your company has a negotiated yearly discount you may not qualify for this offer.
In all other cases, shipping will be $7.95 USD paid by the buyer.
If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All shipments are made within 5 business days of receiving payment. As such, please allow 2 weeks to receive your order.
Return Information
PLEASE Call 626-579-5799 to receive your return authorization BEFORE returning any item.
We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date of receipt. Special orders and sale items are non-returnable.
If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping.
You will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving returned items. For all FREE Shipping purchases, a $7.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items.
